Henry Ssemanda retains his belt at the Mambo Entertains Kid’s Boxing Tournament

Every year, Mambo Entertains an all-round events company organizes a Kid’s boxing tournament. The first tournament was held early last year as Mt.Zion Hotel in Kampala where Henry Ssemanda emerged overall  winner taking home a Mambo Entertains boxing Trophy.

  This year again, the Boxing tournament took place last week. It happened twice, on Saturday and Sunday. Many talented boxers turned up for the tournaments while representing their Gyms, some of the Gyms were Sparks, Mengo Social Centre and others in and around Kampala.

 Entertaining boxer Ashraf The Hummer just like last year came back and he was on top of his game beating all his competitors. This year’s boxing was competitive but not for Henry Ssemanda. The next Floyd Meyweather (his role model) didn’t see the competition as competitive; he once again beat his opponent in the last round on 11 points to 10 to take home the Mambo Entertains Trophy.

At the event, there was also entertainment from different dance groups and some boxers who also proved they are not only into the sport but also dance.

According to Micheal Lule the C.E.O Mambo Entertains Uganda, talent begins at a tender age. “When we groom these young boxers now, you never know what will happen 10 years to come” Lule said, adding that in the years to come, we shall also be hosting international boxers to come and fight for titles in Uganda.

Mambo Entertains to organize Kids boxing tournament this Saturday and Sunday

Mambo Entertains which is an events company in Uganda has always planned to change the Entertainment Industry in Uganda. By this, the company has embarked on uplifting talent, the company which mainly aims up lifting young talent. Mambo deals in Music, modeling, sports and dance among others.

This weekend, there will be a fun filled event mainly focusing on Kids boxing. At the beginning of last year, Mambo Entertains moved in and around Kampala courtesy of the C.E.O Micheal Lule. There were many boxing gyms and among those identified were in the city centre, Mengo, Lubiri, Kawempe and Makindye among others.

Henry Ssemanda and Collins Mugenyi who are brothers proved to Mambo that they were good in boxing even at a young age, they have since then been under the management of Mambo Entertains for almost a year now. They emerged winners in a tournament organized by Mambo at Mountain Zion Hotel in January last year.

The two brothers will be fighting in a tournament organized by Mambo this weekend on Saturday and Sunday, the tournament will have different gyms having different players fighting for the top award.

It is not yet confirmed but Mambo C.E.O is planning on giving the overall winner Shs5M in a boxing tournament that will take place annually around Uganda, it will run for 6 months and the best four boxers will represent Uganda at the Amsterdam Kids Boxing tournament later this year.

Mambo Entertains puts on wonderful show at Nabugabo Sand Beach at their 16 year Anniversary

This year’s Independence Day will be a day for the people in Masaka and the nearby areas to remember. Mambo Entertains, an all-round events company decided to handle the event that was marking 16 years of the Masaka based beach.

 Mambo Entertains excited the Masaka people with the models mostly the female models, the people in Masaka including the big shots like Herman Kasozi, the proprietor of Nabugabo beach, Emmanuel Lwasa, Henry Mulinde and Hima Mwabuza among others were seeing licking their lips whenever the models sexily dressed in Bikinis passed by.

Among the activities that took place at the beacg included Bicycle racing, marathon from Nyendo town to the Beach, modeling, dancing, boxing and music performance from singers among others.

According to the C.E.O Mambo Entertains Uganda Mr Micheal Lule, as Mambo Entertains, they believe in promoting talent and as well as promoting Uganda as a country.

  “That was the reason we took models to Masaka to showcase at a place where such an event has never been before. Taking the show to Masaka was the way of doing something out of the ordinary as well as reminding people that beaches are not only in Masaka” Lule said.

Mambo Entertains Uganda will also hold another fun filled event on Boxing Day December 26^th. It will have surprise acts that only those who will be a part of the show will know about.

Somewhere in Masaka, there is a shore of Lake Victoria. On the shores is a vast land which has Sand Beach Nabugabo, if you didn’t know now you know. Leaving that aside, the major plot is that on Independence day, all roads will lead to Sand Beach Nabugabo as they will be celebrating 16 years of existence courtesy of Mambo Entertains Uganda.

Very soon, the idea of Tour de france will be seen in Uganda, all courtesy of Mambo Entertains Uganda. In it’s latest projects, they have decided to not only focus on wine making, the organization which handles many projects as also decided to add Bicycle racing on the list.

 Earlier today, Mambo Entertains CEO Mr Micheal Lule together with some of the models from Mambo Modeling agency toured Festino City. For starters, Festino City is a rally truck found in Mukono, it is not only for cars but also Motorbikes. Beofore you know it, there will be bicycle racing which is organized on an improved level.

The competitions will involve participants Ugandan contenders but also those from other East Africa with a big prize to be put at stake.

Preparations for the race are underway. Mambo Entertains also call upon corporate companies or potential advertisers to come and be a part of event.

Mambo Entertains, Promoting Uganda’s Tourism through Fashion

Mambo Entertains, a modeling agency believes in doing things out of the ordinary. Besides most of the obvious modeling aspects do like runway modeling and photo shoots to showcase outfits, the C.E.O Mambo Entertains Mr Michael Lule believes in shooting two birds with one stone and at the same time.

In his first approach to change the fashion game, he decided to use a photo shoot as a showcase and at the same time promote Uganda’s tourist attractions, the first tourist site to be visited was recently Ssezibwa falls in Mukono.

The models posed for different kinds of photos on almost all the beautiful features found at the site, they were donned in Jowiz-D collection outfits designed by first rising fashion guru Joweria Juuko. besides photo shoot, there was a challenging photo which also helped the male models keep fit and maintain there bodies, they had a task to run up and down the hills of Ssezibwa, do press ups among others

 The shoot which somehow started late due to unbearable situations was fun by evening time, when the photographers thought there wasn’t going to be natural light due to time, they were lucky it was there and the shoot went on. They posed on the rocks, the bridge and with a background of the biggest feature which is the  water falls.

According to Michael Lule, the aim of the photo shoot is to unveil our tourist sites, Uganda has many potential tourist attraction areas but they lack publicity, people do not know about them. “If we take events like photo shoots, we invite many people to come and watch the show but at the same time there are those who come and visit the site for the first time, these end up coming back again to visit the place even when there is no show, they then pay entrance fee which is revenue for the place.

He also said that there will be different tourism sites being visited for other fashion events which are not only photo shoots, some of these places will include Sippi falls, Kagulul hills, Game reserves among others.
